What is the Decatur Children’s Book Festival?
A brand new weekend long celebration of books for children and teens, the people who create them, and the people who read them!
When and where does it take place?
May 3rd-5th, 2024 in Decatur, Georgia.
The keynote address on May 3rd will take place at the First Baptist Church Decatur at 5pm.
The Saturday and Sunday Children’s stage will be located in the dance studio at the Decatur Recreation Center at 231 Sycamore Street.
The Saturday and Sunday YA stage will be located at The Chapel on Sycamore at 318 Sycamore Street.
Is it free to attend?
How do I get there? Where do I park?
If you live in Decatur, walk or ride your bike! Or, take MARTA to the Decatur Station and you are there! Paid parking is available throughout the city.
